Why We Do Not Accept Insurance
Turning Point Christian Counseling does not accept insurance because doing so would subject our practice to secular regulations that often conflict with Biblical principles. We prioritize Biblical truth over clinical protocols and counsel from Scripture following the Holy Spirit’s lead. Insurance providers typically require adherence to clinical models and diagnostic codes that limit the ability to freely integrate Scripture and spiritual guidance as the foundation of care. By staying outside those systems, we can offer care rooted in God’s Word—focused on heart change, not labels, and offer counsel rooted in God’s Word. This allows us to use every session to reflect the truth, hope, and healing found in Christ alone.
We believe that God’s Word speaks to the root of every issue. Unlike secular models that diagnose disorders, Biblical counseling addresses the heart—where struggles begin—and uses Scripture to bring healing at the source. When the root is restored, the whole person experiences renewal, peace, and transformation through Christ.

Intake Forms
Completed Intake Forms must be received before the first counseling session. If you have not already received these forms by email, please download them, complete them and email them to tpchristiancounseling.com prior to your 1st session. The first session must be rescheduled if the forms are not received prior to the counseling appointment.
Counseling Fees
- 50 Minute Sessions - $125
- 80 Minute Sessions - $180
- 115 Minute Sessions - $250
All fees must be paid prior to counseling appointment. An email will be sent prior to your appointment with payment information.
*Scholarships may be available through your local church.
